She's already worried about the danger... then to tell her that she can call her but to think about Carly first... basically telling her that if she does call and they are together then something happens it's all her fault! Sure, she's never really fought for him, but he never has for her either. It's always her decision, never his. Even during the proposal, he said he wanted to be with her as much as SHE wanted... Elizabeth had to make him tell her... I loved the comment "now is not the time to use your answer avoidance skills". (Paraphrased btw, I know that wasn't exactly what she said.) Yay lrn2run! He's always saying it's up to Elizabeth, well Elizabeth has told him how she feels and what she wants (right before the proposal) so it's time for him to be the one to say it's time for them to be a family. Jason has never really fought for Elizabeth. He always makes it be her decision, it's time for Jason to make some decisions and stick to them this time. When Jason proposed....he said "it ain't gonna happen" when she said unless you back out....he was the one who broke them up and broke her heart. Posts: 331 05/15/08 7:34 PM	I feel like it doesn't matter what I write here in defense of picking Elizabeth - most people know that I am just a die-hard Jason loyalist. But it really goes beyond that. I feel like I agree so completely with what everyone is saying as to why both of them need to do something. I think when you have been to the brink like our couple has so many times, it just gets to the point where you want to see both of them break through rather than one of them break through and the other go tumbling with them. Does that even make sense? Even though I believe it would be most satisfying to see them mutually reach out to each other and take that leap instead of some kind of thing that appears passive on Jason's part, I still picked Elizabeth. Here are my reasons: 1) In just a little more than a year's time, the man has basically lost his father, his sister, and a child that was essentially his for a year. Screw biology and put the Carly/Jarly hate aside. He needs someone to show him some compassion, some concern, and some love. His current cast of cronies are ridiculously self-absorbed. And that includes Spinelli. 2) I agree with Jason that Elizabeth is the one who has everything to lose. It is frustrating, but I believe deep down he has EVERY RIGHT to demand that she consider what she is risking by insisting that they continue their relationship. He would not be the man that he is if he could go through everything with Michael right now, watching Carly and rehashing the entire history of how Michael came to be in such grave danger, and then look at Liz, Jake and Cam and be like - F it, I still want a family with you guys. 3) Right now Elizabeth is the strong one and Jason is the weak and fragile one. If the roles were reversed, I'd probably say he needs to go to her. But as it stands, I think Elizabeth is the one who should fight.

I thought Carly had been carrying them around in her purse ever since Michael was born. Anyway, I voted Jason. He's the deadbeat dad, the guy who broke off the relationship to begin with and he's the one who needs to fix this mess.
