12/24/2008: For RTN's First Annual Holiday Give Back Campaign, we raised an astoushing $2035.69 for
the Make-A-Wish Foundation in honor of Steve and Rebecca. This campaign would not have been successful without the wonderful people of RTN!!
We wanted to share with you all what Steve and Becky will each be recieving shortly:
This beautiful "Hope, Wish, Love" snowglobe with the following engravement: "We cannot do great things on this Earth, only small things with great love. Happy Holidays from RTN!"

This is the Hallmark card addressed to Steve (Becky will also be getting the same card addressed to her). We have included only a picture of the bottom of the card; the top of the card has the name and addresses of everyone who donated and to protect your privacy, we did not include a picture of top of the card.
And we also have a rafflle winner to announce! The winner is.....................Drum roll...........................

As voted on by you-the members of RTN- the Make-A-Wish foundation is the charity chosen for the First Annual Holiday Give Back Campaign in honor of Steve Burton and Rebecca Herbst.
If you would like to make a contribution to this wonderful charity, beginning Friday October 24th through December 26th, please email me the details at Ranae1221.RTN@gmail.com or send me a PM with Give Back Campaign in the subject line. Please make sure to include a mailing address, as each and every person who donates will get a special thank you!
Once all the donations have been collected, these will be submitted to the Make-A-Wish foundation. Orginally, we had planned on having people make their donations directly to the Make-A-Wish foundation via their website. However upon making contact with Make-A-Wish , they indicated that it would be easier to keep track of all the donations and have a total amount contributed on behalf of Becky and Steve if the donations were turned in all at once. Thus, we are asking that contrubtions be turned in to Basira (AKA our wonderful B!) by PayPal (account gemblue89.RTN@gmail.com). If you would rather mail a check/money order, please email and/or PM me for the details. For those that would like to use paypal, keep in mind that there is a fee that is deducted from your total when you donate.
Once the final donation is made, a framed certificate from the Make-A-Wish foundation will then be presented to Steve and Becky, along with a card that will contain each and every single person's name who made a contribution in their honor, along with a small gift for Steve and Becky.
WAIT- There's more!!
Everyone who makes a donation will also have their name entered into a raffle for a chance to win a personalized gift from the staff at RTN. Just a small way to say "Thank you" to all the awesome members we have here.
But that's not all!!
We will also have a postcard campaign, "All we want for Christmas is Jason and Elizabeth!!" that will begin within the next few weeks. This is another part of the campaign that will need YOUR input, so look for more details to come soon!!

The staff at RTN hopes everyone is staying warm and safe this holiday season. We bring you news regarding the first annual Holiday Give Back Campaign. We have decided to end the campaign earlier than originally planned. Instead of December 26th, donations will no longer be collected after December 19. As of today, we have collected $1, 951.09 in donations for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in honor of Steve Burton and Rebecca Herbst. Thanks to the wonderful members that have contributed thus far, RTN's first Christmas campaign was a success.
There is still time if anyone wishes to still contribute, no amount is too small. Please contact Jess (ranae1221) by either PMing her or emailing her at ranae1221.RTN@gmail.com for details.
We would also like to say thank you to everyone for participating and contributing to making HGBC a success. The next campaign hosted by RTN is already in the works, keep an eye out for future details to participate.
