Elizabeth: Are you spying on me?

Jason: No. I was just on my way to Kelly's to grab some coffee.

Elizabeth: And you were out all night?

Jason: Riding.

Elizabeth: Where'd you go?

Jason: Just up north.

Elizabeth: Oh.

Jason: How about you? Did you paint anything?

Elizabeth: Oh. No. No. I spent most of the night thinking about you.

Elizabeth: I'm not sorry about last night.

Jason: That's good.

Elizabeth: Embarrassed, yes. I mean, we finally kiss and it's for the wrong reasons.

Jason: I'm not complaining.

Elizabeth: Well, maybe you should. Do you realize you make it a little too easy for people to take you for granted? I don't want to be like that.

Jason: You're not.

Elizabeth: Well, I did the last time you were home. I knew things weren't right between me and Lucky. I could feel it even then. But I couldn't say the words, I couldn't make the choice, so I kept coming back to you, and I don't want to do that this time. But I don't know how I feel about anything right now, and I definitely don't want to take it out on you.

Jason: Ok, ok, hold on. I went with you last night because I wanted to. Ok? And I stopped because you asked. And if I feel like I'm being jerked around at any time, I'll say something. Does that work for you?

Elizabeth: So, we can be friends?

Jason: I thought we already were.

Elizabeth: And you can take me out on your bike?

Jason: Anytime you want.

Elizabeth: And if I start to babble about Lucky or Sarah, how much time I wasted holding on to the past, you'll tell me to shut up?

Jason: If that's what you want.

Elizabeth: It's exactly what I want. I spent a year of my life trying to go back in time, and that was more than enough. I am ready to take responsibility for my own self and try to figure out what works best for me.

Jason: Sounds like a plan.

Elizabeth: You know, it really helps to have you back home. Not to lean on, but for inspiration.

Jason: What does that mean?
Elizabeth: Well, I mean, you are the original anti-people-pleaser. I mean, you do what feels right, you don't second-guess yourself, nor do you care what anybody thinks.

Jason: I care what some people think.

Jason: I've got to check in with Sonny. See you later.

Elizabeth: Ok.
