I couldn't help but wonder if GW realizes that one of the problems Liason fans have with the whole Jasam relationship is that Sam's "mistakes" never cost her anything. It's so "un-soaplike." One of the things I love about soaps is that while the morality of the characters is severely lacking, they always have to pay for their actions. It often takes a while, but it always comes out. Not with Sam, however.

ICAM. And not just b/c I'm a liason fan, but as a soap fan, when someone does something horrendous (like terrorizing children) I expect them to be exposed and then have to spend six months to a year or more making up for it and letting everyone and their mother give them a piece of their mind. Sometimes that is the best part of the story. Sam was never exposed, never made to pay, and the roadhouse rescue does not count since they left to many unanswered questions re whether it was Jason or Sam/Lucky that the Russians were not following.
