I don't have an issue regarding Liz and having 3 kids.
The show has always been good about showing her raise her kids.

She should have never had to raise these kids alone.
There should have always been a male presence in their lives.

I do believe the intention at one point was to have Jason and Liz together raising the children.

Aiden should have been a girl and Jason the father. IMO

I really wish Jake would be brought back for Liz and Cam.

The show eliminating Jake was one of the dumbest things this show has done.
There are many things this show has done that should never have happened.

I hope the show rights some wrongs.
Especially, regarding Liz and Jason.
Hopefully, at the end of it all, the show does right by Jason and Liz.

Jason as Jake and Aiden's fathers?  Yes.  I did not want Liz tied to Lucky via a biological kid.
Aiden was supposed to be Jason's child, Cam too.

How is that possible though?  Jason and Liz were no where near together, so imo neither Aiden nor Cam were to be Jason's child.  Cam was after Liason 1.0 and Aiden was well after Liason 2.0.   Jason's child was to be Jake.  They killed him so he could spawn with Slag.

Couples on soaps break up.  No way would Liason 1.0 still be together giving them THREE children.   Name another pairing on soaps with 3 children by the same two parents.  I can barely name a couple with two of the same biological children and since Liason were never really a couple unfortunately, there was no chance at that.  Even Sonny and Carly who were a much more real couple than Liason ever was don't have 2 or 3 biological children together.

Courtney was brought on ultimately for Jason.  When KM came on and bombed with Sonny and Jax, she was shoved at Jason.  When she threatened to walk they resurrected Liason.  When she signed they once again blew up Liason.  Liason was never to be long term, no matter who was writing.  Liason was not to be the story had SB stayed.  He's fully admitted that.  Liz and Liason would have been roadkill for JaSlag had SB stayed. For us to say 'we know better' imo makes us no different than people like ASF who keeps saying that even though SB had openly said years ago that he wanted Liason to have a real chance 'she knows in her heart that he didn't mean it', he was just saying it to placate Liason fans.  Lord that girl lives on her own planet.   wink.gif   This isn't plotting and subtrifuge.  If they had wanted Cam, Jake and Aiden to be Jason's they would have been Jason's.  The did.not.want.it.  Hell, they wouldn't even give us one, they killed him frown.gif
Ava, I do agree with you on Aiden. I don't think Aiden was ever supposed to be Jason's. However, Cam, like I said, could conceivably have been Jason's. Back then, I wondered if they may not go there, simply after Courtney's comment (after Liz went to the PH to tell Jason about Emily turning away from death's door) about her not being able to give Jason a child but Liz could. Then the Zander/Liz Halloween ONS happened about a month or so later. And wasn't there a comment from Chad Brannan where he said that the whole Liz/Zander thing kind of came out of left field? So I do wonder if Guza was setting it up for Cam to have been Jason's but then was shot down, or denied, or whatever. But as far as Aiden is concerned, and I've said this before, too--I think Aiden would have turned out to be Nik's had JJ not agreed to come back as Lucky. And as much as I don't particularly enjoy the fact that LnL2 have a child together, some will say that Lucky is a legacy character, too, since many consider Luke/Laura legacy characters. Ergo, Aiden is a legacy character because Liz/Lucky are. That doesn't mean I like it, but it can be said.

As far as Liz/NuJason is concerned, who knows? They may just have mad chemistry together. I'm pretty convinced Becky could be paired with a tree and make it look good, so I have high hopes. Becky is one of those actresses who has chemistry with everyone, regardless of whether or not it's a romantic relationship.
