I don't know what it is with storylines where we don't even know or care about the major players. The present murder mystery, I really can't get into that story just because I can't even tell you what Brianna looked like, I don't care about the mayor or his wife and now if Mercedes ends up being the killer then it will be a complete wtf? And yet its all the canvas has been talking about the past weeks.

True. But here's the thing to top it off for me why I can't get heavily invested in this storyline. The storyline is about getting Matt off for malpractice and yet Matt is really nowhere to be found. I would think if my livelyhood was on the line, I would take an active role in an investigation that would clear my name. You have Robin, Patrick, Spinelli, and Maxie talking about this investigation and the progress of this investigation and yet they are not showing any scenes where they are sharing this information with Matt. If I was Jason Cook I would be pissed. Didn't a spoiler on DD say that he was promised a storyline to stay put on GH. Well he got a storyline involving him and yet he's barely in it.

It's like the doctors in that damn toxic balls crap! LoL have I said lately, how much I hated it? No but seriously you're right Matt should be in this, but he's not really. Surprising? Not at all because he's not a favorite. If your not a favorite you get bullcrap on this show. I don't even like Matt but I have to defend him on this one because GH always does this. They need to re-haul everything over there in terms of management and the writing team. They need new blood.

Exactly, it's the same way with Jake's kidnapping part 2. They had Lucky and Elizabeth take a backseat by sitting and waiting by the phone while Sam and Jason was out there rescuing him. So, here's my question. Why didn't they write Elizabeth and Lucky following Sasha out of the police station when Mac brought her in for questioning? That would have made more sense and would have been a better storyline and helped in the white washing of Sam if they had wrote Lucky and Elizabeth following Sasha back to the roadhouse, meeting up with Jason and Sam, all four of them trying to get Jake. They could have still had Sam rescue Jake from the explosion, but the story would have been richer if all four of them had been there instead of Jason and Sam while Liz just let the woman that she knows took her son walk out of the police station without bothering to even follow the woman. We are talking about the same woman (Liz) who followed her friend all the way to Canada when she thought she was kidnapped by Zander, but instead when it comes to her son, she sits by the phone having a woe is me moment when she knows who took her kid. Now that was a stupid storyline.
